This article is about if the school board should replace books with video games. But not violent video games but the educational video games. Some think its a bad idea because then the kids will get addicted to video games and no intrest in books or education. I think video games are good because it gives more hands on, but then with video games the kids will get so uesd to it that when they get to the real world they wont have experience and they will feel lost.

Freedom Writers is about students in a highschool where the teachers and eveyone just does there job for the hell of it and not because they want the teens to learn. The have already lost hope for them and aren't trying to help them.The a new teacher comes in (Hilary Swank) who believes in the teens and struggles to teach them and show them they can be someone, at first it was hard fro her but then the teens started liking her and made it easy for her to get through to them. They learned alot through her, she mnade them think about there lifes and made them realize that the can survive and be sucessfull and thatthey are smart and no one can tell them they are not. It is a very good movie you should watch it.

How can a system be designed so students care more for learning?well dont stress the kids out tomuch that they feel that they cant suceed in that class give them power make them think they can do wellbe their friends so they can confide in youi to ask for help.
